Consultation: A consultation is required for all bookings, before calling please have these 5 things in mind to help the planner give you a quote.

4K Decorator Venue Rental
At 4K Decorator Venue a minimum of 4 hours is required for booking the venue at a rate of $250 per hour. This price is only for the venue rate, it doesn't included the decoration or other services needed for your event time.
Chairs:
This rate includes regular folding chairs up to 50 (more are available if needed, additional fee applies), we also have stylish chairs such as throne, chiavari, egg, wicked and accent chairs which can be rented during your event time.
Tables:
With the hour rate it includes up to 6 round tables for guests and 3 rectangle folding tables for host of the party, gift and cake tables. Additional tables are available for rent such as accent, stylish designer mable, and semi-circle tables, we also have more round and rectangle tables if need for additional fee.
Buffet Display Room:
The buffet display room is also included in the hourly rental rate. This room includes 3 rectangle tables for food, 1 table for beverages, 1 4ft party ice cooler folding table great for can drinks and bottles of water, can also be use for fruits or dessert.
It also includes 6 stainless steel chaffer dishes, 6 stainless steel utensils and 1 stainless steel drink dispenser and a stainless steel refrigerator for holding food and other items for your event.
Event Planner
When planning a momentous occasion you definitely want it to be as perfect as possible, you want it to be on time consider your booking by the hour and yes we all have family & friends that want to help out with the planning but you and I both knowns how that sometimes can be. Not saying they help out but when it comes to making sure things are already put together when you walk in definitely take off the stress.
When booking for a planner in this department she can shop and put the games together that you requires base on your event, organize the games and host them so that all family and friends can participate in the activities, shop prizes for the gift bags and put them together, create and send out invitations so you can have head count of who's coming, finally making sure everything is staying on task.
