At 4K Decorator, we offer exquisite luxury picnics designed to elevate your indoor and outdoor celebrations. Whether it’s an intimate wedding reception, a memorable birthday gathering, or a romantic date for couples, our picnics are curated with attention to detail, style, and comfort. These designs can be done with or without our selections of tents.
Our signature looks are cater to brides for weddings season but can also be use for couples date nights, anniversary celebration and any bestie birthday blast.

Requirements
A $250 non refundable deposit is required for all picnic services (which goes towards the finally balance).
A traveling fee is required for all picnic services, the fee is base on the destination.
All indoor picnic setup at the 4K Decorator Venue requires additional hourly fees for venue rental. (4 hour minimum)
Additional fees are required for our bubble tents, popup tents or large umbrellas rental (please checkout our rental page).
A consultation is required for all picnic setup. Click the "Call Now" button if you're ready to book.
All booking must be done within 2 months of the event date or an extra last minute fee is added.
Outdoor Picnic Ideas
Our outdoor picnics can be done at your home in the back yard, some public parks, with/without our tents or umbrellas stands. You can use our signature looks below or we can create the look for you whether it's by colors or a theme. All prices below includes setup and break down fees but doesn't includes the traveling fee. Once the location is determined during consultation, the traveling fee will be applied. We do not provide food or beverages unless it indicates in the package deals.

This signature setup theme is great for bridal parties up to 8 guests, it will definitely make a statement . Just bring your favorite food and beverage for a memorable moment. Also great for birthday with the bestie or date night with the hubby.
