Welcome to 4K Decorator Venue, the perfect space for your next event! Our beautifully designed venue is available for rent and can accommodate up to 50 guests in a seated configuration. Please note that the size and arrangement of your decorations will influence the maximum capacity, so plan accordingly to create your ideal event atmosphere. For additional people up to 10 more it’s $15 per person added on
Venue Features:
Building Rental:
- Exclusive rental of our spacious venue with flexible layout options tailored to your needs.
Hours:
-The full day is up to 10 hours no longer than 1:00am
Buffet Room:
- Enjoy the convenience of a separate buffet room equipped with:
- Stainless steel refrigerator
- Ice table
- Stainless steel chafing dishes (4 long and 3 round)
- Serving Utensils
- Beverage dispenser (4 glass)
-Burner for chafing dishes
-Black or white polyester linens included ( we have additional colors and texture for extra fees).
Tables and Chairs:
- Included in your rental:
- Regular folding tables and chairs to accommodate 50 guests (more table and chairs available for additional fee if you added on additional people up to 10 more) $15 more per person.
- Round tables accommodating 6, 8, or 10 guests seating
- Up to 3 6-foot long tables for versatility great to be use as a gift table and cake table
- Standard white folding chairs provided for comfort and style.
-We also have throne and chiavari chairs as luxury add-ons
Linen Options:
- Standard black or white polyester linens included with 10 hour rental
- A variety of additional colors and textures available as luxury add-ons, allowing you to personalize your event décor.
Black Bar Stand:
- A removable bar stand is provided for 10 hours events serving drinks, adhering to specific booking rules for bar service.
What’s Included:
- Setup & Breakdown: Professional setup and breakdown of decorations for a hassle-free experience.
- Post-Event Cleaning: Our team will ensure the space is cleaned after your event.
Restroom Facilities:
- Please note that we have 1 shared bathroom available for guests.
Decoration Services:
- All decoration must be executed by 4K Decorator. A consultation is mandatory to determine decoration fees, which will be based on your specific requirements.

Occasionally Sale Promotes:
It will be times that the we will be promoting the venue at a sale discount. In order to receive the discount one or more these items must be in place.
- Your event must be for that month of the discount.
- If you’re having an event outside the month for the promotion then you must put down a non refundable deposit to secure your date and the discount. This amount will be added to the balance.
