4K Decorator Hourly Renting with Buffet Style Setup
The hour rental is for a 4 hour minimum at $250 per hour. This is for rental only does not include decoration. A $250 cash deposit is required along with a $250 deposit which will go towards the hourly rate. The cash deposit will be returned back to the person name on the contract if everything is as stated in the contract. (A contract will be available to signed once a consultation is complete and approved).
If approved for rental, all fees must be paid within 2 weeks of the event date no exceptions. We also have an invoice payment plan available depending on the type of event.
Whats include in the rental:
The guest tables
- Up to 50 folding chairs
- Up to 8 round tables that seat 6 per table great for 120 table cloth (we also have larger round tables that seat 8 people comfortably for additional add-on)
- 1 6 foot long table (we also have additional long tables, marble tables, serpentine tables, cocktail tables and accent tables for additional fees).
The buffet tables for food and other items:
- 3 6 foot long table
- 1 Ice Table (great for can drinks, bottles of water and etc.
- 1 4 foot table for beverage
- 4 Long Stainless Steel Chafing Dishes
- 2 Round Stainless Steel Chafing Dishes ( we have more if needed for additional fee, also have gold chafing dishes for a different rate)
- Burning for underneath the chafing dishes
- Serving utensils for each chafing dish (stainless steel)
- 2 Beverages Glass Dispenser (more available if needed for additional fee).
- Stainless steel refrigerator to hold additional food and drinks
All table linens and chair covers are available for rent once you do a consultation.
